Greetings! Our brand new Condo Units are now available to serve you and your fellow Medical Board Reviewees. We are located near malls, groceries and restaurants. McDonald, Jollibee and Chowking are a few steps from us. Going to UPEC Review Center takes a single ride. We also offer an intensive in house review by TOP NOTCH Review Center located at the roof top.

All units are provided with air-con, refrigerator, electric fan, cabinets, double decks with pillows and sheets, study tables, chairs, study lamps, book stand, oven toaster, plates, glass, kitchen utensils and a shower enclosure.

The in-house canteen are fully airconditioned, which offer services and delicious food at very affordable price (P20 - P45). You may choose to dine at the canteen, cook your own food, or even eat out.

The safety and convenience of our tenants are secured with a 24-hour security surveillance system, 24-hour water supply, lighted hallway with emergency lights, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and a standby generator.

For the big bang we offer a P 10,000 bonus given to anyone who makes it to the top ten in the board exam.

With your arrangements with us our service van can pick you up at the airport or pier for a minimal fee.
